Drinking Water Project Update

At certain times of the year, the wells that the refugees rely on for clean water get filled with sand from the wind and rain. That forces people to drink from ponds where the water is often contaminated. Thanks to your donations, we were able to provide the refugees with the tools necessary to clean the wells. Families are enjoying clean water again.

We were also able to provide food assistance and sponsor an event called Taste of Community, where the people of the refugee camp came together in celebration and friendship to cook and eat together.
